We are Chad and Sharon Gregory from Gilbert, Arizona and we LOVE all things real estate!
After many years of talking and dreaming about fixing and flipping homes we finally did it! In the summer of 2019, Sharon got her Real Estate License and we finally bought a house in Phoenix, Arizona. Since that time, we have purchased eight additional homes! A couple of those homes we have remodeled and sold. Two of them are currently long-term rentals, inhabited by some pretty great families! Two of the homes are short-term rentals. One is in Gilbert, close to to the downtown area. The other is in Scottsdale, near Old Town.
We are ALWAYS on the look-out for additional homes, people to do joint ventures with, and other real estate opportunities. Please feel free to reach out. We'd love to hear from you!
